The Feleti Barstow Public Library is a center for lifelong learning dedicated to meeting the informational, technological, and cultural needs of all age groups by providing both current and historical reading and instructional materials in a variety of formats.
As the central public library for the American Samoa, we serve a model for other libraries and information centers to increase access to reading materials and promote literacy.
The American Samoa Community College Library and the Feleti Barstow Public Library proudly offer a full text resource of reference books, journals, magazines and newspapers. t is now available to holders of library cards from either library, 24 hours a day from any Internet accessible computer, anywhere in the world.
